Registration Information

Registration Information:

Registration for the upcoming school year begins in February each year and continues through the first week of class.  There are a couple of ways to register for class.  They include the following.

1.  Attend open house (Not required, but we would love to meet you).

2.  Complete the registration form below. 

3.  Secure your spot in class.  There are a few ways to do this:  

A.  Mail a check.  Make checks payable to Chaun McGuire.  Determine the amount you would like to pay ($75 (monthly payment), $300 (semester payment), $600 (yearly payment).  Mail your payment to to following address:

B.  Use Venmo.  Determine the amount that you would like to pay ($75 (monthly payment), $300 (semester payment), $600 (yearly payment).  Send payment to @Chaun-McGuire-1

C. Go to the Web Store.  Select the course and payment method you wish.  First month payment holds your student's spot in class.   One month's tuition holds your student's spot in class.  

4.  All registration fees (first month's tuition) are due July 1.

Note:  When you complete the registration form below, you should be directed to a new screen that tells you your form has been submitted, and you should receive a follow-up email from me.  

 
 
Thank you for submitting your registration form. Enrollment is not complete until payment for the first month's tuition is received. Payment of the first month's tuition secures class enrollment. Upon receipt of the first month's tuition, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that enrollment in our classes is complete. Please contact us if you need to make payment arrangements. We will send a confirmation email along with a receipt after payment for classes is received.

Registration Policies:


  • One-month's tuition reserves a student's seat in a class.  You can choose the monthly payment option in the web store, mail a check payable to the instructor to Chaun McGuire, PO Box 2015, Georgetown, TX, 78627, or send $60 via Venmo to @Chaun-McGuire-1. 
  • Refunds are issued upon written notice of withdrawal prior to the start of classes.  If notice is received 90 days prior to the beginning of classes, you will receive a full refund.  Otherwise, you will receive a pro-rated refund.
  • To withdraw from classes after the beginning of classes, a two-week, written notice is required.  
  • If you choose to pay tuition monthly, tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.  Tuition will be considered late after the 10th of each month.
